When the wattle in my front garden was in full bloom, the bees were absolutely loving it! There were bees everywhere, busily buzzing from flower to flower, and of course I couldn’t resist getting my camera out.
This little honey bee was one of my willing subjects, and I knew as soon as I saw the photo that I wanted to paint it.
All those gorgeous golden yellows, the fluffy bee and a little splash of turquoise. What’s not to love!
Original Oil on Canvas. Ready to Hang.
Currently on display at the Haapy Wanderer Nursery.
