Inspired by a photo I took at my mum’s, where this little honeyeater was absolutely loving the Hakea. I wanted to capture that fleeting moment among the blossoms, using loose, expressive brushwork and luminous colour.
Oil on canvas
50 × 40 cm (20 × 16 inches)
Ready to hang.
Currently on display at Cafe Crumpet. After purchase, I’ll be in touch to arrange collection. Please note that staff are unable to remove artworks from the walls.
